Wheneve...First, the employees should not be asked. Whenever a colleague is promoted, there is more that a slight chance that there exists some resentment at the promotion itself. What a bunch of chiselers and ingrates I see operating as people who do not agree with how their company is being operated. The thing the boss should do is fire the entire group of trouble makers.
