Thanks for sharing your experience Jeffrey. It is always a fascinating dichotomy between walking the company line and taking responsibility.
Even despite the growing demand for transparency and openness with respect to business ethics, the prioritization of values you talk about it something a lot of managers are lacking. I guess that's what separates average managers from great ones.
